Pricing questions
- Can I really use KinCare for free?
- Yes. The free tier gives you one circle with up to three members. That is enough for most small families to coordinate care for one loved one.
- What happens if we outgrow the free tier?
- You will see a prompt to upgrade. Your existing data stays intact. You can keep using what you already have — only new invitations beyond the limit are blocked until you upgrade.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Not yet. We are keeping pricing simple while we learn. Annual billing is on our roadmap.
- How do I cancel?
- From the app, go to Account Settings → Billing and cancel with one click. Your Premium features stay active through the end of the current billing period.
- Do you offer a discount for professional caregivers?
- Not today. If you are a professional caregiver managing multiple families, email us — we would love to hear about your use case.
