For families caring for aging parents

Family care, finally on the same page.

KinCare replaces the scattered group texts, sticky notes, and “I thought you were handling that” with a shared dashboard for medications, appointments, tasks, and updates.

Free forever for 1 circle with 3 members. Premium is $7.99/month.

KinCare also works for families caring for a loved one with a disability, chronic illness, or anyone who benefits from coordinated care.

Why KinCare

Group text wasn't built for this.

Coordinating care for an aging parent is a daily job. It deserves better tools than a buried chat thread.

Before

  • Meds missed because no one marked them off
  • Appointments on three different calendars
  • Doctor notes scattered in camera rolls
  • "Did anyone call the pharmacy?"

With KinCare

  • Shared med confirmations with timestamps
  • One calendar everyone sees
  • Pre- and post-visit notes attached to the appointment
  • Tasks with clear ownership

The relief

  • Less mental load on the primary caregiver
  • Fewer sibling misunderstandings
  • Paid help stays informed too
  • Peace of mind you can feel

What's inside

Six tools, one calm place.

Each one solves a real coordination pain point. Nothing more than you need.

  • Medication tracker

Shared med list with daily confirmations so siblings know who gave what and when.

  • Shared calendar

Every appointment in one place — with pre-visit questions and post-visit notes attached.

  • Task board

Pick up groceries, call insurance, schedule PT. Clear ownership, no dropped balls.

  • Care journal

A running log of how Mom is doing — notes, photos, small wins, concerns.

  • Key info vault

Insurance cards, doctor contacts, emergency info — one secure spot everyone trusts.

  • Family circles

Invite siblings and caregivers with a link. Role-based access keeps things sane.

How it works

Three steps to a calmer week.

  1. 1

    Start your circle

Create a care circle for Mom, Dad, or another loved one. Takes about 90 seconds.

  2. 2

    Invite your family

Share a link with siblings and caregivers. Assign admin, member, or observer roles.

  3. 3

    Work the same page

Log medications, track appointments, hand off tasks. Everyone sees the same truth.

From real families

Built with caregivers, not for spreadsheets.

We're in early access — these stories are placeholders until the first families using KinCare are ready to share theirs.

Finally, my sister and I aren't re-asking each other the same questions every Sunday.

Dad's paid caregiver sees the same med log we do. That alone changed our week.

The journal is the thing I didn't know I needed. A month in, it's a gift.

Questions

Good things to know

Is KinCare HIPAA compliant?
KinCare is a family-first coordination tool, not a medical record. We encrypt data in transit and at rest and follow industry best practices, but we are not a covered entity under HIPAA.
Do my parents need to use the app?
No. Many families run KinCare just among the adult children and caregivers. Your parent can be a recipient of care without logging in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Premium is month-to-month and you can cancel from your account settings at any time.
What does the free tier include?
One care circle with up to three members — plenty to try KinCare with your closest siblings before deciding on Premium.
